Why didn't someone tell me there would be "mommie" days like these...??
About Me:
Whew, who knew that being a mommie could be so "seriously stressful"? I will admit that since becoming a stay at home mom with two children, toddlers I might add - I'm going crazy for some "me" time, a night out with the girls, (I miss my best friends, and hate that they don't get the "mommy part of me) and regaining some sanity! I would love to get back to work at least part time, not only do I miss the mad money but I need to use my brain!
We adopted our son straight from the hospital, where he'd been abandoned by his drug addicted, alcoholic birth mother ~ needless to say, he's got a lot of issues & presents many special challenges to me on a daily basis. However, he's adorable, funny and has a quirky little personality. My daughter is a total girly girl, which I wasn't expecting and just loves big purple dinosaurs & silly hats.
